LERA was developed as part of the project
SaDA - Semi-automatic Difference Analysis of complex text variants
(2012-2015) funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
The tool is currently being adapted and further developed for the
Synoptic Edition of the Kabbalistic Treatise Keter Shem Ṭov
(2019-2022)
funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG)
as well as for other scholarly edition projects in cooperation with various universities and research institutions.

If you would like to test LERA for an edition project,
please contact us at: lera@uzi.uni-halle.de.
We will provide you with your own instance of the current developer version on our servers,
which you can access via a browser (Software as a Service).
